Welcome to Side Effects, an intense, turn-based game of pill roulette. In each round, you will be faced with a variety of pills to choose from. Some may provide benefits, while others could be detrimental or even lethal. The effects of what you consume are always uncertain, impacting both your mental and physical state. Each pill affects your resistance, which you need to manage carefully; reaching zero resistance results in death. Between rounds, you have the opportunity to select from an array of experimental items and treatments that could tip the scales in your favor, ranging from vaccines to mouth clamps. Keep in mind that your opponent is also trying to survive. They will employ strategies, adapt, and utilize every resource available to outlast you by just one dose.
